Buffalo Main Lighthouse, known as the "Chinaman's Light," was completed in 1833 and is located in Buffalo, NY on the Coast Guard Base at the juncture of the Buffalo River and Lake Erie. The structure stands 68 feet tall, the octagon tower was constructed with buff colored Queenston limestone. The small structure next to the lighthouse is Buffalo's famous bottle light.
